I built JSON.fit. Now it's bulking me from 77 to 90 kg. Every scan, photo and number lands here as it happens, whether it's working or not.
Same rig, same angles, first of every month. This pair is the whole page in one glance.
Bodyweight against the 90 kg target. The dots fill in scan by scan.
Every scan gets an honest write-up. What moved, what didn't, what changes next.
The complete scan history, out of the way until you ask for it.
// same Evolt 360 every scan · Δ is total change from baseline · a column is added each month · "-" means not measured
The record above starts at 77 kg on 1 July 2026. Here is the decade that came before it, so you know exactly who is doing this bulk, and why.
185 cm and under 60 kg right through my teens. 67 kg leaving uni. A first bulk got me to 82 kg in 18 months, but I did it the miserable way, the same meals every day, forced down, so it never stuck and I drifted back to 77 kg. That's why JSON.fit exists, and why this run is built to last. Same size I've already proven I can reach, done properly this time.
Everything above this section is measured on the same Evolt 360 machine, every month, and nothing gets published unless it was measured. These two old phone photos are the one deliberate exception, included for context. The tracked, honest record starts at 77 kg on 1 July 2026.
The program, the meal plan and the tracking on this page all come out of JSON.fit. Same free app, same tools.
